- Fee is payable only in Indian Rupees.
- Transaction charges payable to the payment gateway provider will be borne by the applicant.
- Application Fee is non-refundable.

- Bhagwati College considers the protection of your personal information important and shall take necessary care to safeguard your privacy.
- If you decide to access the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of use.
- Our Policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure, if any, of personal information is very strict and we adhere to the best practices to guard your personal information with care.
Cancellation Policy :-
- If cancellation policy is not applicable that needs to be specifically mentioned as ‘cancellation not applicable’.
- If cancellation is applicable, time duration allowed for cancellation.
- Steps and method of cancellation.
- Charges to be mentioned. If no charges applicable than ‘No Charges for cancellation’ must be clearly mentioned.
- Charges and balance refund amount must be mentioned.
Return and Refund Policy :-
- Multiple Payments: In case an applicant deposits the Application Fee multiple times through same or different modes, the refund of the additional amount, less payment gateway charges, to the candidate shall be at the sole discretion of the College.
- Normally, such cases of Refund will be taken up after the end of the Fee process and shall be retuned through RTGS / NEFT / Cheque.
- It is reiterated that under the following circumstances, the Registration Fee will not be refunded:
